LoopDrop Returns & Refunds
Last updated: 14 September 2026 Store: [droploopdrop.myshopify.com](https://droploopdrop.myshopify.com) Brand: LoopDrop
This is the customer-facing Returns & Refunds policy for orders placed with LoopDrop. We are the Shopify merchant of record. We do not pretend a marketplace seller is the only party you can contact.
Who you are buying from
When you check out on droploopdrop.myshopify.com, you buy from us. LoopDrop is the merchant named on your Shopify receipt and card statement. After you pay, we place a matching purchase with a third-party supplier so they can pack and ship the item. We do not manufacture the goods and we do not keep a warehouse of this stock.
Supplier fulfillment
Your item is supplied and shipped by a third-party supplier after payment. Title in the goods follows the supplier’s sale to us and then our sale to you; we do not hold the item ourselves. We are not the carrier. Typical supplier processing takes a few days, then transit is often 7–21 days. You get tracking when a real carrier scan exists — we do not invent a number.
Contact LoopDrop first
If something is late, damaged, missing, wrong, or not as described, contact LoopDrop first. Email hello@loopdrop.local with your Shopify order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short note on what went wrong.
We raise the issue with the supplier and facilitate a replacement or refund under the supplier’s process and platform rules, and under the rights you already have by law. You purchased from LoopDrop, so we are your first point of contact. Do not write to a marketplace seller you never checked out with.
14-day cancellation
If you are a UK or EU consumer and distance-selling rules apply to your order (including the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations), you may cancel most unused goods within 14 days of receiving them. Tell us you want to cancel. We will confirm how to send the item back and what happens next.
That cooling-off right may not apply, or may be limited, where the law allows. Examples we use carefully, only when they fit the listing:
- made-to-order or personalised goods
- sealed hygiene or personal-care goods if you unseal them after delivery
- goods you have used beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect them (we may deduct for diminished value on a used return)
When we know a listing is typically excepted, we say so before you buy.
Faulty, wrong, or missing items
If the item arrives damaged, dead on arrival, not as described, or is the wrong product, contact LoopDrop first with photos. We offer a replacement from a backup supplier or a refund. We do not require a public review to help you.
Unopened goods are usually the simplest path to a like-for-like replacement. Used goods may be refund-only when a physical return is not practical. Opened hygiene or personal-care items may be refund-only; we will say so before you buy when that applies.
Shipping delays, customs, and in-transit loss
We are not the carrier. Customs, export processing, and last-mile networks can add time after the supplier hands the parcel over. If a parcel is delayed, held, or confirmed lost in transit, we will chase the supplier and the carrier.
Under UK consumer law, goods generally remain at our risk until you (or someone you nominate) receive them, unless you arranged your own carrier. We still work the claim through the supplier and carrier. We do not leave you to hunt a tracking page alone.
How to ask for a return or refund
Email hello@loopdrop.local and include:
- your Shopify order number
- photos of the item, labels, and packaging
- whether the item is unopened or used
- whether you want a replacement or a refund
Hold the item until we confirm a return address or a refund path. Do not discard the parcel until we say so.
If you are considering a chargeback, talk to us first so we can process a refund where it is due. A chargeback opened without an order number and photos slows the same investigation we would have run for you.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item and its shipping. Liability is limited only as permitted by law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Statutory rights
This does not affect your statutory rights. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under UK, EU, or other applicable law. Statutory rights are preserved.
