LoopDrop terms of service

By placing an order on https://droploopdrop.myshopify.com/ you buy from LoopDrop. We are the merchant named on your Shopify receipt. After you pay, we arrange supply and shipment with a third-party supplier. We do not keep a warehouse of this stock.

Prices, shipping options, and totals are those shown at checkout. We may cancel an order and refund you if we cannot fulfil it at the stated price.

Typical supplier transit is 7–21 days after dispatch. Checkout dates are estimates. Returns and refunds are in our refund policy. Email hello@loopdrop.local with your order number.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item and its shipping. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
